A small, attentive team. The people who present the experiences are the people who curate them — that has not changed from the start.
We started with one belief: the best experiences come from people who propose them having lived them first. Since our first retreats in spring 2027, the team has stayed small, present and involved in every decision. We turn down more than we accept — it is the only way to go deep on what we keep.
